The European Calcium Silicate Producers Association (ECSPA) welcomes the draft Commission Delegated Decision introducing an exemption of plastic wrapping and straps from the 100 % reuse requirements of article 29 (2) and (3) of the Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (EU) 2025/40 (PPWR).
