EDP welcomes the opportunity to contribute to this consultation on the simplification of administrative burdens in environmental legislation. We fully recognize the importance of reducing unnecessary complexity and reporting redundancies while safeguarding the EUs environmental objectives. A coherent, efficient, and predictable legal framework is essential to accelerate the energy transition, particularly in the deployment of renewable generation, grids, and storage.
