The Polish Bank Association activity focuses on several current priorities of the European Commission like the Investment Plan or Capital Market Union and in continuation of work in following projects: CRR/CRD, SSM, PSR/PSD3, MiFIR/MiFID II, CCD2, CMDI, RIS, FIDA. but also in emerging main topics such as Sustainable Finance, development of digital market and cyber security. Moreover, we are interested in legislative processes related to retail financial services. An issue of proportionality in regulatory prudential approach, especially towards SNCI, incl. cooperative banks in Poland, is of our interest.
