This contribution is submitted by ANVOL (French interbranch organisation for meat poultry), in alignment with CNPO (French National Committee for the Promotion of Eggs). Together, the two interbranch organisations represent all segments of their respective value chains in France, from breeding and hatcheries through to farming, processing, distribution and food service, and federate nearly thirty professional organisations.
