We found documents relevant to teh declaration of conformity coherent with the PPWR. In addition it would be beneficial to add the amount of material (plastic, metal, wood,...) that the "manufacturer " of packaging is going to introduce in the European market through a System for Reuse. In this case, it would be preferable to to qualify the System for Reuse by means of ISO 13429 - packaging reuse standard and ISO 18601 series - packaging and the environment. Thank you

The exemption of certain economic operators that use pallet WRAPPRING and STRAPS have to be REJECTED for the following reasons: 1- the art 29.1 PPWR is indicating the 40% of reusable packaging from 1.1.2030 and considering that within a loading unit (pallet + boxe/s on top), pallet can be of a reusable type and boxes on top can be reusable or made in cardboard ( exempted from the targets), plastic wrapping film or straps in PP, PET or STEEL can be part of the remaining 60% of products and packaging materials not in the 2030 scope. 2 - in addition, about the WRAPPING with plastic materials, have to be stated that today there are WRAPPING solutions in CARDBOARD materials that are stabilizing…

In accordance with Circular Economy Act, PPWR, EcoDesign Directive, Circular Economy Directive and Green Deal, we are committed to have meetings with policy makers and relevant stakeholders, including Ministries of Environment of member States, to support their full understanding about RTP - Reusable Transport Packaging for finished goods, including the offered (due to RTP structures more robust) opportunity to collaterally approach the Product Technology Change with appliances more innovative and green. We are also committed to involve different interested parties in the execution of specific projects referred to the above.
